1. Agreement to Terms

Gold Coins (GC) are virtual tokens that allow you to play games on the Site in "Standard Play" mode. Gold Coins have no real-world value, cannot be traded, and cannot be redeemed for any form of real-world prize. GC are awarded for free upon registration and through daily login bonuses.
3.2 Sweepstakes Coins
Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are promotional entries that allow you to participate in "Promotional Play" mode. Sweepstakes Coins can be used to play games for the chance to win real prizes, including cash redemptions and gift cards. SC are never available for purchase; they are obtained as a free bonus with certain Gold Coin bundles or through alternative methods of entry (AMOE), such as mail-in requests.
3.3 Redemption Rules
Any winnings resulting from Sweepstakes Coins play are subject to a 1x playthrough requirement before they can be requested for redemption. Minimum redemption thresholds apply (typically 10 SC for gift cards and 100 SC for cash prizes). We reserve the right to verify all gameplay before processing any redemption request.
4. Purchases & Payments
While Pulsz Casino is a free-to-play platform, users have the option to purchase Gold Coin bundles. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By initiating a purchase, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
We use secure, third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. Pulsz Casino does not store your full credit card information on our servers. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to permanently close your account and forfeit any virtual currency balances therein.
5. User Conduct & Content
